Setting appointments goes back to the roots of Network Marketing! But still a highly used and effective method to use. Setting appointments for a set place, and time for you and a prospect to go over the opportunity is something YOU WANT TO DO on a weekly basis, for your team to grow in large numbers TRY TO TALK TO AT LEAST 10 PEOPLE A DAY TO TRY TO SET UP APPOINTMENTS WITH. You always want to be proactive and get your offline marketing tools updated, printed, and made for face to face distribution. When setting appointments it is vital you follow “A.B.C” SYSTEM. The most important part about appointment setting is having business cards to pass out to your potential team members after you have sparked a conversation about making an extra income from home! AVAILABILITY: The first step in setting an appointment for the chance to go over your business opportunity is to check for times, that both you and your prospect are available. Always BE THE ONE TO SET A PLACE, AND TIME. “Will Monday at 4pm at Starbucks be a good time to meet?” Then see if that place, and time is something your prospect can work with. If not find a time and place you both can be available and have a small meeting. If face to face make sure a business card was handed to the prospect. If the prospect wants details about the meeting keep it light respond “THIS IS A MEETING ABOUT HOW IM GOING TO HELP YOU MAKE EXTRA INCOME EVERY MONTH STARTING AT $600 - $1000 MONTHLY WORKING P/T FROM HOME…IT WONT TAKE BUT 20 MINS. FOR ME TO TELL YOU EVERYTHING…IN PERSON” BRING A FRIEND: If you know that your prospect has a mate or wife or husband be sure to invite them to the meeting also! This will be the beginning of building a team and bringing in both of them as a unit! Or if it’s not that type of social situation ask the prospect if they have any friends that “would want to work towards a monthly check of 5k every month?” Always try to get at least 1 more person to come with them… and don’t be afraid to tell them that “this will be a life changing meeting.” CONFIRMATION: Always make sure you come to a final agreement with your prospect about the finalized time, place and all persons that are going to be invited. Be firm to let them know you are serious about presenting them this opportunity. If you both have not exchanged contact information (social websites) this is the time. Once you end the conversation TEXT THE PROSPECT THE MEETING DETAILS FOR CONFIRMATION. Always be sure to leave the prospect with some type of offline marketing tool EVERY TIME NO MATTER WHAT (Business cards, Flyer, Brochure, and Postcard). HOT MARKET: The HOT MARKET people are going to be your family, and close friends! These are the people that you are going to be able to call directly and get an appointment set so you can present them the business opportunity. When you first call start with small talk , and value their opinion on things they say to you in conversation, to ensure they are willing to hear you out on your opportunity presentation offer. Then either directly send them to a video link and show them once confronting them about it or go through the A.B.C process to ensure you get a confirmed time, and place for an appointment. WARM MARKET: The WARM MARKET will consist of the Friends of your good friends you might associate with from time to time, your co-workers, and this will also consist of all of your local social website friends. (FB, IG, and Twitter). If you do call them let them know first how you know them “hey this is Joe from work” or “Wassup this is Joe, Jasmine’s boyfriend”. Make sure you both come to an agreement you know each other before you try to bring up the opportunity presentation offer. Small talk should consist of questions like “what are you doing or working nowadays” and “would you be interested in making money part time working from home?” Once they confirm, and you get them talking this is when you should hit them with the A.B.C process. Making sure you come to a confirmation of a time and place for your appointment. COLD MARKET: Your COLD MARKET of people will of course be the by passer’s, and strangers you will meet by casual conversations or on your “PROSPECTING” trips! When you go out prospecting make sure you have at least 10-15 business cards on you at the time. Then go to ; Malls, Coffee shops, Walmart’s, restaurants, college campuses and start small friendly conversations with people either about their appearance, or weather , or current political or you can bring up the opportunity by simply asking “ what do you do for work? Would you be e interested in making extra income from home part time?” Either way make sure you leave them with one of your business cards and see if they are will to exchange their contact information to you. After you exchange contact information GO THROUGH THE A.B.C Process to come to a confirmation of a time and place for a set appointment! Try to make a connection with 10-15 people and give them your business card and try to get them to set an appointment with you so you can present them the opportunity. At the end of 2018 i got to finish my year off traveling to Las Vegas , Nevada. I had a great time. 5 days no children and too myself. This was my second trip to Vegas in 6 years. My very 1st time.. i had found out my oldest child had heart disease. Seeing my oldest child suffer killed me and yet i could'nt fully support her because we worried about finances, missing work, missing school because i had no emergency bank account or travel money for such a tragic event. This is why i decided to look into making money from home. It has been since 2012 since my daughter had went through heart surgery and i discovered Network Marketing. I Am No Guru and i have'nt mastered Network Marketing or MLM. I Have learned alot over these years and i learned the difference in what opportunities are solid and Legit and ones the programs that are just trying to pick up a few bucks before they change their name..
